How to Purchase

1. After airport check-in, the passengers may proceed to the NAIA Terminal 2 Mabuhay Lounge.

2. The passengers must present their flight ticket and boarding pass for checking. Once the flight schedule and passenger details are confirmed, a payment fee of Php1,500 per passenger will be collected.

3. PAL Agent to confirm the purchase and get the passenger's email address for the issuance of the web e-receipt.

What is myPAL Lounge?

The myPAL Lounge allows PAL Economy and Comfort Class passengers, as well as passengers from other carriers an exclusive offer to access the mabuhay lounge at Terminal 2 for a fee. Passengers from other carriers must have a domestic flight with PAL.

 

How can I avail of this?

The myPAL Lounge is available at the Mabuhay Lounge reception areas in Terminal 2, either in the South Wing or North Wing.

Passengers with a flight departing at Terminal 2 may purchase access to the myPAL Lounge after check-in by presenting their boarding pass and ticket. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Maya, and Gcash.

 

Who are eligible to avail the myPAL Lounge?

Passengers who may enjoy the access to the lounge are the following guests:

· All revenue and non-revenue Economy or Comfort Class passenger of PAL

· Passenger of another airline

· Provided they have a domestic flight with PAL

To avail this privilege, they are required to present their boarding pass and ticket, and make a payment of PHP1,500.

 

What can I enjoy inside the Lounge?

Indulge in our buffet, which offers a sumptuous selection of food, while you unwind in specially designed comfortable chairs or sofas that ensure a pleasant waiting experience. Additionally, you can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring your convenience throughout your stay.

 

During a flight disruption? Will my stay be extended until I am given the next available flight?

Yes, you have the option to stay at the lounge as soon as you are provided with your next flight. However, please note that if you choose to file for myPAL Lounge access instead and have already utilized it, the fee will be forfeited.

The lounge access can only be used within the day.

 

Can I voluntarily refund/rebook myPAL Lounge?

No, the myPAL Lounge fee is non-rebookable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the case of flight cancellation where passengers may request a refund for their paid myPAL Lounge fee. If a flight is cancelled, passengers can present myPAL Lounge document (EMD) at the Mabuhay Lounge reception area to assess and initiate the refund process.

Passengers who have not used the myPAL lounge fee and are affected by a flight cancellation or disruption can request a refund. However, if a passenger has already used the myPAL lounge fee and their flight is canceled or disrupted, the fee will be forfeited.

 

If I am at the lounge and my flight suddenly gets cancelled, am I entitled to a refund for my paid myPAL Lounge access?

No, if a passenger has already utilized the myPAL lounge fee and their flight gets canceled or disrupted, the fee will be forfeited.

Those passengers who have not used the myPAL lounge fee and are affected by a flight cancellation or disruption may request a refund. Please provide your ticket, boarding pass, and your paid myPAL Lounge document (EMD).

 

If I have a cancelled flight and I choose to refund my paid myPAL Lounge access, will I receive a refund document?

Yes, once you qualify for a myPAL lounge refund, you will receive a refund document after filing your refund request at the Mabuhay Lounge reception area. Please note that refund requests may take approximately 2-3 billing cycles to process.

 

I voluntarily upgraded my PAL ticket to Business Class. What happens to my purchased lounge access?

Once your PAL Comfort Class ticket is upgraded to Business class, the paid myPAL Lounge access will be automatically forfeited.

 

I voluntarily upgraded my ticket to Comfort Class what happens to my purchased lounge access?

Once your PAL Economy Class ticket is upgraded to Comfort class, you may still enjoy the access to the Mabuhay Lounge through your paid myPAL Lounge pass.

 

How will I be notified about the status of my flight (Boarding, Delayed, and/or Cancelled)?

Flight statuses and boarding announcements are conveniently accessible within the vicinity of the Mabuhay Lounge. Additionally, our dedicated Mabuhay Lounge agents are readily available to personally assist passengers by providing reminders regarding their flight and boarding status.

Terms and Conditions

1. MyPAL Lounge is available to all revenue and non-revenue Economy and Comfort Class passengers on PR-operated domestic flights from Manila.

2. MyPAL Lounge can be availed at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge Reception Desk after check-in.

3. Fees are applicable per person for one-time access at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge.

4. MyPAL Lounge is valid only for entry at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge located at NAIA Terminal 2.

5. Mabuhay Miles Million Miler, Premier Elite and their guests, Business Class passengers and accompanying willing to pay passengers are accommodated at the PAL Mabuhay Lounge North Wing.

6. Mabuhay Miles Elite, eligible non-revenue passengers, guests under special handling, partner airlines and paying guests regardless of class of service are accommodated at the Mabuhay Lounge South Wing.

7. Minors under 18 to 2 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when accessing the lounge.

8. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Maya and Gcash.

9. MyPAL Lounge fee is only valid on the day of purchase.

10. MyPAL Lounge are non-refundable, non-rebookable and non-transferrable. However, in cases of flight disruption, cancellation or irregular operation and the passenger has not consumed the myPAL Lounge Fee, said fee will be refunded in full. Standard refund procedure shall apply.

In cases of flight cancellation and the passenger has consumed the myPAL Lounge fee, said fee shall be forfeited.

11. Cabin class upgrade, whether voluntary or involuntary, shall not entitle the passenger to a refund of a previously purchased Pay Lounge Fee.

12. The use of the lounge is subject to the guidelines of Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Lounge.

13. PAL reserves the right to amend prices at any time in its sole discretion.

14. PAL reserves the right to limit lounge access due to capacity restrictions.

15. By availing the myPAL Lounge, passenger acknowledges, understands, and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the PAL Mabuhay Lounge, Data Privacy & Security Policy, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
