Passengers may bring 2 or more pieces as long as the total weight of the baggage does not exceed their FBA. Each piece should weigh no more than 32kg (70lbs). A baggage exceeding 32kg weight limit should be repacked, otherwise, it will not be accepted for carriage.

Check-In Free Baggage Allowance (FBA)
The total weight of the check-in baggage should follow the Free Baggage Allowance of the service class per route. A single piece of checked baggage should weigh no more than 32kg (70lbs). Any baggage exceeding the 32kg weight limit must be repacked or will not be accepted for carriage. Check-in baggage that exceeds the allowed dimension and maximum weight shall be treated as oversized or overweight and an Excess Baggage Charge (EBC) shall be collected.
Here are important reminders if you are checking-in carton, cardboard or styrofoam boxes:
- Use thick, high-grade carton, cardboard or styrofoam boxes to ensure durability of the box to handle ramp transfer conditions.
- Styrofoam boxes and coolers must be placed inside a sturdy carton or cardboard box for extra protection.
- There should be additional wrapping (bubble wrap, corrugated packaging, etc.) for food and liquid items, to be placed inside the styrofoam box to avoid leakage.
