PAL Native Mobile Application Terms and Conditions
Philippine Airline’s Native Mobile Application is an additional platform where passengers may search and book flights, purchase ancillaries and check-in using their mobile devices anytime, anywhere.
Type of Passengers
You can purchase tickets for Adult, Senior Citizen, Person with Disability, Child and Infant through the Native Mobile Application.
Infants turning Two (2) enroute
Infants who are already two (2) years of age at the time of the return trip are required by regulation to have a seat, hence parents or guardians are hereby notified to call reservation in order to reserve a seat for the infant on the scheduled flight subject to availability of seat and the payment of additional fare.

The infant must travel with the accompanying adult to which the infant’s ticket is associated. If the accompanying adult cannot travel with the infant, the infant may be allowed to travel with another adult qualified to accompany the infant under the applicable laws provided that the reasons for which accompanying adult cannot travel is due to medical, death or immigration problem only, and supporting documents are submitted to PAL.

Child Restraint System
The safest way to secure an infant (less than 2 years old)/child (between 2 and 7 years old) on board an aircraft is in an approved Child Restraint System, in a dedicated seat, appropriate for the infant or child. PAL encourages the parent / guardian who purchases a seat for an infant/child, to provide their own approved child restraint system (CRS). The use of CRS provides an equivalent level of safety to infants and children as that afforded to adult passengers wearing seatbelts.

A separate seat must be purchased for an infant who will be using a Car Seat or approved CRS.

The infant/child using the car seat/aircraft CRS must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will attend to the infant/child’s safety during the flight. A parent or guardian who is responsible for an infant/child who is using a Car Seat or Aircraft CRS on board an aircraft must be seated next to the seat to which the Car Seat or Aircraft CRS is secured.

Booster seats are not allowed for use on board the aircraft.

Connecting time between NAIA Terminal 2 and NAIA Terminal 3, and among PAL, and other airlines vary. Please check the Minimum Connecting Time Table for more information.
